█ Great chance to gain hands-on experi-
█ ence in glaciology and field hydrolo-
█ gy. Hiked up from Nikkaluokta, climbed
█ the Störglaciären and the Kekkonen
█ Toppen, did valley climate modelling
█ and tracer hydrology. Stood mere me-
█ tres from moulins, from which people
█ won't even attempt to save you should
█ you fall in. Nice to see polar day, as
█ well as glaciers before they're gone.
█ Hopefully a trial run for Antarctica.
