█ I strongly suspect "Orn" and "OX" were
█ originally supposed to be a standalone
█ book, only forming a trilogy with "Om-
█ nivore" due to Anthony recycling its
█ protagonists. "OX" completes "Orn"'s
█ story, which becomes more enjoyable if
█ considered collectively. Sadly, Antho-
█ ny seemed to have only one idea per
█ book, i.e. "racial memory" and Con-
█ way's Game of Life, respectively.
